Private Trips

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

Private Trips

The service “Private Trips” is designed for private clients, families, tourists and companies that value punctuality, comfort and clear conditions. We confirm the pickup address, destination, date, time and passenger count in advance so the route and vehicle are prepared correctly.

You can request pickup at an airport, seaport, hotel, railway station or any private address. The driver arrives at the agreed location, helps with luggage and takes passengers directly to the destination. Longer journeys can include planned stops and extra time for luggage or border travel.

The price depends on the distance and trip details. The tariff is €0.75 per kilometre, and estimated prices are for the entire car rather than per passenger. The exact amount is confirmed before the trip. Companies can request an invoice and the required accounting documents.

Send a request online or contact us by message. Support is available 24/7 in Russian, Estonian, English and Finnish. A manager confirms the details and vehicle availability, helping you arrange a comfortable journey without unnecessary changes or waiting.

We can consider requests for a child seat, additional stops and waiting time. If the trip is connected with a flight, ferry or business meeting, share the schedule in advance so the driver can plan the pickup correctly.

After the booking is confirmed, you receive the agreed trip details, including pickup time, address, driver contact and estimated price. Our goal is to make booking simple and the journey predictable from the first message to arrival.

You can choose the payment method when sending the request: card or cash to the driver, online payment after confirmation, or an invoice for a legal entity. We explain the agreed conditions in advance and do not change the price without discussing it with the client. This is useful for airport, business and intercity trips.
